She has represented cooperative sales in such luxury buildings as 635 Park, 740 Park, 775 Park, 817 Fifth, 825 Fifth, 950 Fifth, 998 Fifth, 2 East 70, The Pierre and the Sherry Netherland.
Lois’s property sales experience extends from the east to west sides of Manhattan, where she has transacted sales on West End Avenue, Central Park West, Riverside Drive, and also the downtown areas of SoHo and Greenwich Village.
Having raised two children in Manhattan, Lois is well versed in the various features of New York private schools and has served on myriad parent associations. She also serves on the board of the National Review Board of Motion Pictures as well as the Madison Square Boys and Girls Club.
Lois and her family have maintained a residence in East Hampton for a number of years. Lois utilizes her in-depth knowledge of the Hamptons market to further support her clients in both selecting a real estate broker in the area and also guiding them in the home buying process. However, Lois never allows geography to limit her efforts on behalf of clients. A recent referral by Lois resulted in a record-setting $32 million executive residence sale in northern New Jersey.
