Maysonet leads the brokerage team Group Maysonet at Sotheby's International Realty and has been a real estate broker, owner and investor for more than 35 years. To date she has sold properties totaling over a billion dollars in value, in all parts of the New York City metro area.

Growing up in New York as part of a family deeply rooted in real estate, Maysonet has a profound understanding of the New York real estate market. She recognizes that each client has a unique need and takes the time to ensure that those needs are met, leaving both the buyer and seller satisfied. Maysonet is a strong and savvy negotiator whether her client is the buyer or the seller. She never leaves her client's corner.

Maysonet's experience includes helping sellers realize the value of their home and assisting in coming up with a plan of action to achieve the highest return possible. Her results and references are impressive. Collaborating with developers since the mid 1980s by providing pre-development consultation, strategic marketing advice and a full-service strategic sales plan has earned her the opportunity to work alongside many well-known developers and architects. The scope of services include identifying customer profiles and their needs, consulting on inventive building features, branding and positioning. Maysonet has traveled abroad to such places as Hong Kong, Israel and Russia to meet with developers to gain insight on the types of layouts, finishes and marketing campaigns used abroad. Her knowledge of the global luxury real estate market is superior.
