Leah Thompson-Kelly

Leah Thompson brings a fresh and intelligent perspective to the complexities of the modern real estate market. When collaborating with buyers, Leah scrutinizes the marketplace to find the best possible properties and then works tirelessly to make the final transaction rapid and seamless. When working with sellers, Leah ensures that each listing reaches its target audience and fetches the highest price the market will bear.

Leah began her real estate career while still in college, working as a summer associate at Cushman and Wakefield. During her time at C&W, Leah spearheaded a project for Jefferies & Company that was critical for negotiating signage per square foot ratios in New York City. Her computer and technological skills coupled with creativity won Jefferies & Company extra signage at 502 Madison Avenue.

After receiving degrees in anthropology and communications from Vanderbilt University, she joined Sotheby's International Realty as a sales associate. She presently works closely with Meredyth Hull Smith, who has sold over a billion dollars of Manhattan's residential properties. After Leah's first year at Sotheby's International Realty she had over $15,000,000 in sales. Currently, Leah has sold the most re-sales in The Barbizon at 140 East 63rd Street, and she has also achieved the highest rent paid for any apartment in that premier condominium.

Leah Thompson is a longtime resident of Manhattan's Upper East Side, and a member of the Core Club, the Metropolitan Club and the Junior League of New York.
