Kevin Monogue is an accomplished executive from the fashion industry with a 20+ year portfolio of success driving business operations, sales and marketing strategies for several top New York fashion brands. He now brings his talents to connect with people in real estate. Kevin is the consummate professional whose service philosophy is rooted in consumer satisfaction and making emotional connections to win confidence and the deal. Among his greatest accomplishments on his list are the music and celebrity design collaborations during his time at DKNY Jeans. Notables included the renowned graphic artist Paul Pope, Fall Out Boy Pete Wentz, actress Rachael Bilson, and music and actress sensation Hilary Duff.

Kevin is a native Wisconsinite, grounded with Midwestern values, which are the guiding forces to his thoughtful approach and delivery. Kevin is both a dedicated service provider and a sharp negotiator who knows how to care for customers as well as to close deals. Having lived his entire adult life in Manhattan, including Soho, Greenwich Village and West Chelsea/High-line, has given him a keen understanding of many key neighborhoods as well as qualified him as a true New Yorker.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, is a big animal lover, loves the beach and still enjoys swimming, a sport now enjoyed for pleasure but influenced from his days of competing. He is from a large family, a brother to four siblings, an uncle eight times over and six times a great uncle.

Kevin currently partners with Christina Visca, who brings 21+ years of highly targeted real estate experience to the downtown market. She joined Sotheby's International Realty in 1999 with an extensive background in marketing many of New York's most recognized buildings. Like Kevin, she is grounded in fashion. She is a graduate of New York's Fashion Institute of Technology and a prior owner of two New York City nightclubs. She clearly has her pulse on the downtown scene and lists among her client base some of the most recognized names in television, fashion and music.
