Keith Copley, Senior Vice President, represents some of the most unique and spectacular real estate in New York City. As an 18-year experienced veteran and top Manhattan broker, he is known by his peers and clients as an avid real estate connoisseur with inside knowledge of the industry, the market and history. His endless market research ensures his clients receive the best up-to-date market advice available. He thrives upon the challenge of finding each customer their ideal home or investment, scouring New York for his diverse patrons. His love of real estate and personal style set him apart from the rest.
Originally from Coral Gables, Florida, Keith first came to New York to direct an interior design firm, but his keen creative energy and business acumen made for a supremely successful transition into real estate. Initially, he handled commercial leasing and selling while working for Cushman & Wakefield, where he was appointed Director of Leasing and Sales for 767 Fifth Avenue, the GM Building. In the residential sector Keith has represented a wide array of co-op and condo properties, from uptown high-end condos such as The Museum Tower, The Metropolitan Tower and Olympic Tower to downtown lofts 459 W. Broadway, 285 Lafayette, 210 Lafayette and more.
With Keith's wide-reaching access and insight into some of Manhattan's most unique residential and commercial properties, he serves the most discerning buyers and sellers with the utmost professionalism and class, making a smooth process from beginning to end. He has been instrumental in bringing new development projects to Sotheby's International Realty with great success, and is currently involved with projects such as 41 7th Avenue South and 233 W. 135th Street.
Keith has been involved with several not-for-profit organizations such as The New Museum, DIA, and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and is an active volunteer with The Caring Community, an organization that empowers the senior citizens of the Greenwich Village area to remain part of a thriving community environment for as long as they are willing and able.
