As she is a fourth generation real estate professional, it is evident that Kathryn's passion for the business truly runs in the blood. Kathryn, an Austin, Texas native, moved to the city to attend New York University. After graduating Magna Cum Laude, she spent time in the entertainment and public relations fields before following in the family footsteps and pursuing a career in residential real estate.

Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Kathryn achieved great success in New York City's residential market in only a couple of years, gaining experience in virtually all aspects of Manhattan residential real estate and winning Rookie of the Year for her office. She has transacted numerous deals on many types of properties, including cooperative and condominium apartments, rentals, and investment and new development properties, all to the great satisfaction of her clients.

Kathryn is happy to work with buyers, sellers, renters and investors interested in Manhattan real estate. She is devoted to providing her clients with the best service available, working to ensure all transactions are smooth, timely and stress-free. She is willing to go above and beyond to guarantee her clients' happiness, making certain they are well informed and completely comfortable with the decisions they are making. Not only does she have many years of big city experience and extensive market knowledge, but being a Texas native, she brings her southern charm and kindness into all situations, granting her the talent to work well with everyone.

Kathryn currently resides in Manhattan and is a member of the New York Junior League. She also is a member of many real estate organizations including The National Association of Realtors (NAR), The New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), The Manhattan Association of Realtors (MANAR) and The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
