Juliette Janssens joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2004. She is a Vice President and has consistently been a top producer for the firm.

As a lifelong New Yorker with a passion for real estate, Juliette combines an exceptional knowledge of current market conditions and strategic, creative negotiating skills to best serve her clients. She is an expert in both preparing co-op board presentations and marketing clients' properties. Juliette gives each transaction her undivided attention until the deal is closed.

Working in partnership with fellow broker Allison Koffman, Juliette is able to provide her clientele an invaluable wealth of knowledge and expertise in all areas of the Manhattan property market, ranging from traditional Upper East and West Side cooperatives and condominiums to townhouses, lofts and other new downtown developments. They are also able to provide their clients with access to an international network of Sotheby's International Realty brokers to help facilitate transactions outside the Manhattan area.

Juliette resides in Carnegie Hill, on the Upper East Side.
