Dealing in a broad range of properties and price levels throughout Manhattan, Julie Hascoe has worked on transactions with sales ranging from record-setting multi-million dollar townhouses, cooperatives and condominiums to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment transactions. Julie's clients have included first-time buyers, empty nesters relocating from the suburbs and current Manhattan residents whose space needs have changed.
Julie started her real estate career at Sotheby's International Realty in 2001 and has developed a reputation for hard work, diligence and exceptional client service. At Sotheby's International Realty, Julie has worked with some of the firm's most successful senior brokers, and for many years has worked side by side with Senior Vice President Meredyth Smith, who consistently sets records for the Manhattan real estate market.
Born and raised in Manhattan and a longtime resident of the Upper East Side, Julie has also lived in both Greenwich Village and the Flatiron District. Raising her three children in Manhattan, Julie is very knowledgeable about New York's educational choices and options, both for public and private schools, and about what distinguishes different neighborhoods and school districts.
Julie attended Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School on the Upper West Side and then earned a bachelor's degree in history at Cornell University, graduating with honors. After receiving her Juris Doctorate from New York University's School of Law, Julie worked at Dewey Ballantine for a number of years and subsequently served as in-house counsel for Mutual of New York.
