Glenn Connolly, Vice President and Associate Broker, has proven to have an intuitive sense in successfully matching buyers to properties that meet or exceed their purchasing goals. He has also represented sellers with equal success, marketing their properties with an innate energy and enthusiasm to maximize exposure and results. His sales have varied in range from studios to sophisticated luxury properties in several diverse neighborhoods in Manhattan, including Sutton Place, the Upper West and Upper East Sides, Midtown East and West, Chelsea, Soho, Greenwich Village as well as the East and West Villages, giving Glenn a broad expertise of both pre- and postwar properties across the Manhattan landscape. He has also covered the gamut of price ranges in Manhattan, negotiating and closing deals ranging from $200,000 to those in excess of $6 million. He has been involved in negotiations involving a property in excess of $30 million. He has been recognized as one of NRT's Top 1,000 Sales Associates out of all 64,000 NRT sales associates nationwide.

Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Glenn worked for Estee Lauder Companies, where his exceptional customer service, high standards and tireless work ethic were deeply ingrained and honed.

For years, he has been active and supportive through board membership and fundraising for a number of charitable causes in the New York area, including Abilities! (formerly known as the National Center for Disability Services) on Long Island, the New York City chapter of PFLAG, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and most recently, as a board member of Only Make Believe, an organization that brings an interactive theater experience to children confined to hospitals. He also supports the work of The Hetrick Martin Institute and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids.

Glenn is a native New Yorker. He was born and raised in Long Island and has lived in Manhattan for over 12 years. Prior to moving to Manhattan, he lived in Oyster Bay, Long Island for 16 years.

A graduate of the University of Buffalo, Glenn earned his bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
