Fred Williams

Fred Williams joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 1997 after working for nearly ten years as an architect at the New York office of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. He became a Senior Vice President at Sotheby’s International Realty after only five years and was the company's leading producer in 2001. At Sotheby’s International Realty, Fred Williams has specialized in selling custom properties, drawing on his rigorous professional discipline and keen aesthetic sense. His experience as an architect greatly enhances his ability to evaluate and analyze properties objectively, and explain market variables and property conditions clearly and reliably to his clients. He holds a Master’s of Architecture Degree from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Colgate University. He has held his real estate license since 1987.
