Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Mr. Malley had the unique distinction of being the founder and principal of his own real estate investment company, MalleyGroup, which is now aligned with Sotheby's International Realty. Over the past five years, he surpassed the expectations of a turbulent economic climate, generating more than 375 million dollars in transactions.

Mr. Malley maintains a large roster of sophisticated, discerning clients from New York and across the globe, particularly from Europe and Asia. Whether selling or purchasing a property, these clients appreciate his consummate professionalism and the breadth and depth of his encyclopedic knowledge. Mr. Malley was born in New York, and educated in finance in both New York and London. Beginning in 2012, Mr. Malley will continue his education at Harvard Business School. He also has the distinct honor of earning his board certified designation as a New York Residential Specialist (NYRS), an honor bestowed to him for his professional excellence and advanced education. He is also certified in property management. Mr. Malley divides his time between his busy real estate practice, raising a family and his dedication to a variety of charitable institutions. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He and his family reside in Downtown Manhattan as well as in Southampton, New York.
