Eric Malley is a Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker at Sotheby's International Realty in New York. Mr. Malley is the founder of MGCM, a residential private equity fund with $475 million under management. Additionally, he operates a property management company known as MMG, serving investor clients owning up to 20 individual condominium units.
Mr. Malley was educated in finance in both New York and London and is a prospective 2014 graduate of Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, which has designated him as a New York Residential Specialist (NYRS) for professional excellence and advanced education. As an established real estate expert, he has been quoted and featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, New York Magazine, The Real Deal and Avenue Magazine.
Mr. Malley was born in New York. He and his family reside in Downtown Manhattan as well as in Southampton, New York.
