Epo In-Manning, a Senior Vice President and Associate Broker with Sotheby's International Realty, brings over ten years of experience in the New York real estate market to each transaction and customer she works with. After years of owning a boutique real estate company in Manhattan as an independent, Epo and her team joined Sotheby's International Realty with the same philosophy of personal attention, integrity and commitment to their clients.

Prior to joining the real estate industry in 2001, Epo worked at the MOMA (Museum of Modern Art) and then later had a marketing career that brought her overseas, where she resided in different parts of Europe and Asia for six years. Her enthusiasm for New York property is equaled only by her passion for people and her dedication to all her clients and her relationships. Clients characterize her as diligent, hard working, savvy, tasteful and without fail always professional with a soft and human touch. Within the real estate community brokers describe her as delightful and efficient to work alongside. In addition to her successes throughout the years of listing and selling properties in Manhattan, the most gratifying piece of the equation for Epo is all the precious relationships she has built. Whether working with buyers, sellers or investors, Epo and her team maintain first and foremost what is most important to and in the interest of the client, believing there should be no compromise in quality.

Epo has a BA in Philosophy from Binghamton University and speaks Mandarin Chinese and Japanese, and she studied French for twelve years. She has traveled extensively throughout her life and comes from an international background, growing up in the United Nations International School. Through her diverse upbringing and experiences, she has come to understand that honesty, patience and an open mind and heart are the most important values in any profession or life pursuit. Epo lives in the Sutton area with her husband, Kevin, their son, Keegan, their daughter, Alexandra, and their two dogs, Beasley, a toy poodle, and Maverick, a Yorkshire terrier.
