A native New Yorker, Ellen Kapit, Associate Broker, spent many years as a Vice President at a major international advertising agency. Ever diligent and a strong negotiator, Ellen puts forth both integrity and tenacity, which has made her invaluable to her customers. Clients include many Hollywood celebrities, writers and actors and a large international circle from France, Sweden and the UK, to name a few. Real estate was not only Ellen's personal hobby, but also a passion, and therefore the natural transition was to take it to full-time status years ago. Ellen's expert background in advertising, marketing and sales for the top advertisers in the U.S. has trained her to provide the very best service possible.

Ellen received her BA from the University of Miami and holds a Certificate in Interactive Media from Pratt. Ellen is fully ensconced in a landmark prewar building at Columbus Circle with her sheepdogs. She is also a passionate advocate for animals.
