Dianne Diktaban, born in New York City, was raised in southern Florida. In Washington, DC, she attended college at the Catholic University of America (CUA), did graduate studies at Georgetown University and worked as a legislative correspondant on Capitol Hill while earning her law degree from CUA Columbus School of Law. After clerking for DC Superior Court Judge G.H. Goodrich and the US Dept. of Justice, Dianne began her career in real estate as an attorney with the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development. She subsequently returned to Manhattan, residing on Park Avenue and the East Side for over a decade. She managed legal, financial and marketing operations for medical practices before being called back to real estate, her passion. She became affiliated with Sotheby's International Realty due to the company's prestige, unmatched reputation and ethical standards.

Whether it is finding the perfect apartment or selling a home that represents years of happy memories, Dianne brings her expertise to every step of the process. She is proficient at preparing co-op board presentations and is renowned for working extremely hard and paying close attention to detail.
