Danielle Wiedemann was born and raised in Manhattan. She has lived on the Upper East Side, the Upper West Side, Downtown, and Midtown East in co-ops, rentals, and a townhouses.
Her understanding of Manhattan on a street by street basis is unparalleled. With her extensive knowledge of Manhattan's neighborhoods, schools, shops, and amenities, Danielle selects properties that match her prospective buyer's criteria. She has repeatedly and successfully sold or rented the first apartment shown. Listening to a client's needs and desires as well as picking out the unspoken ideals is a talent that Danielle definitely has. As a co-op owner and board member Danielle truly understands what buildings look for.
Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Danielle was an award-winning agent with Prudential Douglas Elliman. Before entering the world of real estate Danielle worked in the web design community as a designer and then a Director of New Business, where she brought in and handled such accounts as IKEA, Puffy, and RCA Records. Danielle has a BFA in Photography from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University.
