Danielle Wiedemann

Danielle Wiedemann has over fourteen years of experience as a residential real estate broker in Manhattan and is a lifetime New York City resident. Danielle is equally skilled at representing apartment buyers and sellers. Known for her patience, discretion, attention to detail and integrity, Danielle is easy to work with, an effective listener and highly organized. She works hard to meet her clients’ desires while making the real estate process stress-free.

When representing sellers, she knows how to get the best prices and close the deal to her clients’ benefit by skillfully marketing, staging (when necessary), pricing and negotiating their property. She has an uncanny ability to help buyers find their dream apartment/home and makes the process enjoyable.

With her extensive knowledge of Manhattan's neighborhoods, buildings, schools, shops and amenities, Danielle selects properties that match her clients' criteria, including their needs and unspoken ideals.

Danielle has years of experience with executive relocations as well as international buyers and sellers. She consistently receives numerous client referrals and has many repeat customers.

Danielle was born in Manhattan, attended the Spence School and received her undergraduate degree from Tisch School of the Arts at NYU. Before entering real estate, she worked as a designer and, later, as head of new business. She currently lives on the Upper West Side with her family. She is president of her building's co-op board and sits on the board of Christodora, a non-profit organization.

Danielle is a REBNY member and was a Top 10 producer in 2014 for Sotheby’s International Realty - Downtown Manhattan Brokerage.

Testimonials from Trulia:

• adampmeister - Danielle recently found us an apartment that we love (in fact, she's found our last two apartments). She is very conscientious and knowledgeable and provided us with in-depth market information as we considered our options. Danielle was highly responsive and direct in communicating with us to negotiate the transaction. She is also well-versed in the intricacies of the co-op purchase process in NYC.

• Slateb - Danielle helped our family for over 5 years. She was our agent when we bought our first apartment in NYC. She was instrumental in finding us a bigger space when we needed room to grow as well as assisting us with renting our first property. When it comes to New York City real estate, it is important to have an experienced agent like Danielle that can help you navigate through the process. It was very comforting knowing that she is a lifetime resident to the city. She became more than an agent in helping us locate schools, business contacts and helped us tremendously with our transition to the city. It was refreshing to deal with Danielle as she asked questions about what was important to us and was focused on the long term, not just a quick sale.
