Dana helps clients realize their potential as homeowners and maximizes the marketing of a property for sale. She is professional, hard working and a thorough researcher who can quickly ascertain her clients' needs.
Before moving to Sotheby's International Realty, Dana spent eight years as director of a department she created for a major international real estate firm. She consulted clients on everything from renovation to relocation, with a specialty in marketing their homes to obtain the best price. She gained a reputation for listening to her clients and having a vast database for implementing their needs.
Before developing this business, Dana started and grew her own company providing personal assistance to a private clientele, which included high-profile politicians, journalists, film directors, fashion designers, European royalty, executives and musicians. Working at ABC News before that taught her the importance of accuracy and working under deadline.
Dana earned a degree in International Relations from American University in Washington, DC, during which time she studied in Kenya. She has served as gala chair and mentor for the Children's Aid Society and served for over seven years on Habitat for Humanity New York City's board of directors and as development co-chair. She also assisted with panel discussions at the first Tribeca Film Festival. Originally from the midwest, she has loved living in Manhattan since 1988.
