Sotheby’s International Realty

Cyrus Greenspon was hired in 1998 as the first real estate agent for Sotheby’s International Realty’s downtown Manhattan office. He has consistently been a leading performer with clients based in the investment banking and entertainment industries. Cyrus was featured as one of New York’s top brokers in the 2004 BBC documentary Super Homes. He was promoted in 2005 to Senior Vice President, having sold in excess of $30 million worth of property during the previous year.

Much of Cyrus's business is referral-based because people recognize and value his attention to detail and dedication to personal service. His reputation is supported by his proven track record. As a life-long resident of New York City, he is uniquely qualified to match a client's needs to the appropriate home, based on his personal knowledge of the specific characteristics of the diverse neighborhoods of Manhattan. A graduate of Vassar College, Cyrus has had an eclectic professional background both as a performing musician and a private art dealer. He currently lives on the Upper West Side with his wife and three-year-old daughter.
