Whether they be innovative artists, among the Fortune 500, international leaders or from small towns in the USA, Claire knows how to custom tailor and meet even the most discerning needs in a discreet and friendly approach. She firmly believes in going the extra mile, a habit instilled from a fine Southern upbringing.

Claire grew up living and breathing real estate in a family of successful entrepreneurs and artists. She later moved to Europe, and then India and Dubai. Keeping an eye on the real estate market in each country as she lived abroad and working on various creative business ventures made joining Sotheby's International Realty in New York City a natural choice.

Claire has been known to get record prices for sellers and incredible deals for buyers through constantly watching the market and believing that her clients deserve the very best. As a poised and compassionate woman, she is an expert negotiator, ensuring that all sides remain calm and reflective to successfully reach agreements. This has earned her an excellent reputation among her colleagues in the industry, as well as owners and buyers she has represented in a single transaction.

With an exceptionally diverse background in business development, public relations and artistic projects, Claire knows first-hand the importance of client satisfaction from the first point of contact. As a yoga teacher for many years, she can handle every detail with the utmost honesty and integrity and infuse the client with confidence throughout the entire process. As an artist, she certainly has an eye for detail.

She encompasses the experience, knowledge and heart to assist clients in selling, buying or renting a property and in making their new residence a beautiful home.

Claire completed her studies in psychology and communication at Georgia State University, entrepreneurial sustainability for fashion and real estate development at FIT, and acting at Stella Adler School of Acting. She is also a member of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. She is involved in a variety of charitable organizations both in Manhattan and overseas, which include but are not limited to empowering women in the developing world through education and jobs, providing assistance to orphanages in Kenya and India, home development and drinkable water in developing countries, and Coalition Against Hunger NYC.

In addition to real estate, her passions include painting, fashion design, horseback riding, writing, film, ballet, yoga/holistic health, running, reading and volunteering. She has an adorable dog, her beloved Galileo.
