Christopher Bland joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2008, after having spent four years working closely with a top broker at Brown Harris Stevens. He handled an extremely high sales volume during that time, and had the opportunity to represent buyers and sellers across an extensive and diverse portfolio of successful real estate transactions.

At Sotheby's International Realty's East Side Manhattan office, Christopher's career continues under the guidance of Meredyth Hull Smith, a Senior Vice President who is highly respected within the industry for her professionalism and expertise. Always resourceful, Christopher combines this elite network and background with the most effective and cutting-edge marketing, search and analytical tools available to ensure that his clients and customers are given every possible advantage in the marketplace.

Before he began his career in New York, Christopher earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Prior to college, Christopher attended St. Paul's School in New Hampshire.
