Chris Casey has a varied background which aligns well with the global real estate approach of Sotheby's International Realty. He was born in the Pacific Northwest and raised between the Sierra Nevada mountains and the Oklahoma prairie. After getting a degree in geography with emphases on spatial analysis and urban geography at Oklahoma State, Chris moved to London to work and travel throughout Western Europe for three years. That innate travel bug was also responsible for two years spent living aboard on boats and cruising much of the Atlantic Seaboard from Cape Cod to the Exuma Islands. Extensively traveled and equally comfortable on ski slopes or sailboats, in tuxedos or flip flops, Chris is grateful for all the associations he's made in his life.

For the last 11 years, Chris has lived and worked in New York City, closing real estate for his clients. He loves working downtown, but over the years, most of Manhattan has become his sphere of expertise; from Hamilton Heights to The Battery, Chris has a real appreciation for what makes each neighborhood unique and why his clients “absolutely must” live in them. It’s that capacity for understanding his clients’ needs, while making the process transparent and streamlined, that has consistently earned him a spot among NRT's top 1,000 agents nationwide.

Chris lives with his family in Sunnyside.
