Luxury Homes and Real Estate - Sotheby’s International Realty

New York City, New York

Chris has a varied background that aligns well with Sotheby's International Realty's approach to real estate. He was born in the Pacific Northwest and raised between the mountains of the Sierra Nevada and the Oklahoma prairie. After getting a degree in geography and history at Oklahoma A&M, Chris moved to London for three years, working in recruitment. Then he worked in the yachting industry in the Bahamas and summer playlands of the Northeast.

For the last ten years Chris has lived and worked as a real estate agent in New York City, first in Turtle Bay, Manhattan, and then Sunnyside, Queens, where he now lives with his four-year old son, Graham. He loves working in SoHo and has a particular affinity for lofts. His favorite aspect of the home buying process involves bringing clients together with friends in the architectural community so that, together, they can create a home that is specific to his clients' needs and aesthetically brilliant to match their palette. He covers not only downtown but the rest of Manhattan's greatest neighborhoods including Carnegie Hill and the Upper West Side.

Chris most recently earned a spot among NRT's top 1,000 agents nationwide.

No matter what the perspective, Chris has a fantastic capacity for understanding his clients' varied needs.
