A resident of New York City for more than three decades, Cheryl had a successful career in public relations for major television companies, including CBS, Group W, Oxygen and MTV Networks, prior to entering real estate sales. She combines her love of the city with her ability to understand what a customer wants and how to satisfy the customer, be it a seller or a buyer. Thorough in her research and clearly a strong communicator and marketer, she guarantees that every sale will be a win-win for her customers.
Her knowledge of the real estate industry and her ability to listen make her a real asset to buyers, navigating decisions on neighborhoods, budgets, condos versus co-ops or townhouses. Cheryl also understands the keen desire and the challenges parents face in building a family home in the city. She has restored two joined co-op apartments in an historic West Side building, where she has also raised her daughter. Cheryl has also been active in two private schools in the city and numerous all-school activities, giving her a working knowledge of the education options the city has to offer.
Cheryl has successfully worked with buyers and sellers in numerous Manhattan buildings, including such distinctive addresses as the Hotel des Artistes (1 West 67 Street), the Rio (304 East 65 Street), Astor Terrace (245 East 93 Street) and the new Miraval Living (515 East 72 Street).
A busy and energetic professional, Cheryl entered the business world armed with a BA in Journalism from Douglass College, the women's college of Rutgers University. She currently serves as Vice President on the Board of New York Women in Film and Television.
