Caroline Rocco

Caroline Rocco Dennis, a Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker with Sotheby's International Realty, specializes in cooperatives, condominiums and townhouses and has experience extending from the marketing of significant homes along Fifth Avenue, Park Avenue and Central Park West to the Village, Soho, Tribeca and Brooklyn.

Caroline is a Certified Negotiation Expert and has used her expertise to negotiate the sale and purchase of many of Manhattan's most sought-after properties including 740 Park Avenue's penthouse triplex, one of the most important sales in New York City.

Using the utmost discretion, she takes pride when it comes to working with and representing her wide range of US-based and international clients from the worlds of finance, entertainment, media, technology, real estate and art. She has been interviewed as an expert about the Manhattan real estate market by national media outlets including CNBC and Women's Entertainment (WE) Network.

Before Caroline joined Sotheby's International Realty, she worked at Sotheby's Auction House, where she held the position of Vice President for Special Events. Prior, she was a founder and part of the management team of the high-end luxury website Caroline also spent several years as a sports marketing professional working closely with top athletes, sports agents, commissioners, television networks and sports leagues such as MLB, NHL and the PGA Tour.

Caroline attended the Maderia School outside of Washington, DC, and earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Cornell University's Alumni Federation, is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Children's Museum of the East End and is on the Steering Committee of Carnegie Hall's Notables. Caroline lives on the Upper East Side with her husband and their two children. When not in Manhattan, Caroline and her family split their time between Bridgehampton, New York and Deer Valley, Utah.
