Caroline Rocco Dennis, a Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker with Sotheby's International Realty, specializes in cooperatives, condominiums and townhouses and has experience extending from the marketing of significant homes along Fifth Avenue, Park Avenue and Central Park West to Sutton Place and downtown.

Caroline has used her expertise to negotiate the sale and purchase of many of Manhattan's most sought-after properties including 740 Park Avenue's penthouse triplex, one of the most important sales on Park Avenue.

Using the utmost discretion, she takes pride when it comes to working with and representing her wide range of US-based and international clients from the worlds of finance, entertainment, media, real estate and art. She has been interviewed as an expert about the Manhattan real estate market by national media outlets including CNBC and Women's Entertainment (WE) Network.

Before Caroline joined Sotheby's International Realty, she worked at Sotheby's Auction House, where she held the position of Vice President for Special Events. Prior, she was part of the management team of the high-end luxury catalog Vivre.

Caroline attended the Maderia School outside of Washington, DC, and earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Cornell University's Alumni Federation, is on the Board of Trustee of the Children's Museum of the East End and is on the Steering Committee of Carnegie Hall's Notables. Caroline lives on the Upper East Side with her husband and their two children. When not in Manhattan, Caroline and her family split their time between Bridgehampton, New York and Deer Valley, Utah.
