Brenda is quick to acknowledge the role of her partner of 18 years, Elizabeth Lee Sample, in her success. This association has produced some of the most successful real estate deals in New York City. For example, Brenda, together with Ms. Sample, is regularly sought out as a consultant by developers and foreign investors, along with engineers, architects, interior decorators, hoteliers, retailers and restaurant operators.

Brenda holds a bachelor's degree from the Academy of Bordeaux in France and graduated from the Centre International de Glion in Switzerland with a degree in tourism and hotel management. Her charitable work includes fundraising for the Wildlife Rescue Center of the Hamptons. Her passions include riding, which began at the Dar Es-Salam Royal Academy in Rabat, Morocco. She is a daily spinner, weight trainer, swimmer in the Atlantic Ocean and paddle surfer, and is currently taking surfing lessons.
