Blair Gallagher Sheehan joined Sotheby's International as a seasoned sales person. Blair is very knowledgeable of and skilled in Manhattan's high-end real estate market, helping to assist her clients in their search for the perfect home. Blair has experience in all neighborhoods, with a focus on the Upper East Side and downtown. She is hard-working, diligent and determined to represent her clients to the best of her abilities, all the while displaying her honest and forthright sensibility.

Blair began her real estate career at Brown Harris Stevens on a team ranked in the Top 100 Teams by Sales Volume by The Wall Street Journal. She is proud to follow in the footsteps of her grandfather, Thomas M. Graham, an owner and developer in Manhattan from the 1930s through the 1960s, as well as her mother, Renee Graham Gallagher, a real estate broker since the early 1970s and founder of Round Hill Partners in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Born and raised in Greenwich, Blair has lived in New York since 2005. She attended Greenwich Country Day School before graduating from Westminster School and then Georgetown University. Prior to entering the real estate world, she worked in the advertising industry in marketing and sales for Time Inc. and TracyLocke. Blair's professional and educational experiences have provided her with a well-rounded background perfectly suited for the real estate industry.

Blair currently lives on the Upper East Side with her husband and son. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. She is involved in a number of charities such as Hudson River Community Sailing as well as an active alumni at all her schools. When she has free time, Blair enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves traveling and is an avid skier.
