Austin Schuster is a Senior Vice President and Associate Broker, ranked in the top 1 percent of the Sotheby's International Realty's agent network with over $300 million in residential sales in the past five years.
Prior to joining the company, Austin was the sole owner and founder of one of New York's most successful boutique real estate firms, which he presided over for 10 years.
Two of Mr. Schuster's noteworthy sales were the sale of multiple units in a condominium in the East 60s for a purchase price of $23 million and the resale of these units for $36 million. Another significant transaction was the sale of properties in a condominium development in the East 80s for approximately $14 million. In addition to these sales, much of Austin's time is dedicated to selling properties in the $2 to $10 million range.
With experience, discretion and hard work, Austin has successfully represented individual co-ops, condos and townhouses in every corner of New York's luxury market from Soho and Tribeca to the Upper East and West Sides. Every property is carefully marketed and tailored to each client's needs.
