Amy Chang brings the perspective, knowledge and skill set acquired through having led a successful international career in finance and marketing to every transaction. As a financial consultant in the Real Estate Consulting Group at Ernst & Young, Amy performed feasibility/market/due diligence studies for clients, including the Sheraton/ Starwood merger for $13.3 billion. She then worked for PepsiCo International as a Strategic Business Planner before transitioning into a marketing role as Brand Manager for PepsiCo in the U.S. and then in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

This combined qualification and experience, in addition to her uncompromising work ethic and standards for client service, gives Amy the unique advantage of representing a client’s best interests in the identification and marketing of their most important asset, as well as strong valuation and negotiation skills based on a real understanding and comprehensive analysis of the current and long-term real estate market in Manhattan.

Having spent over 12 years living abroad in cities including London, Paris, Medellín, and Caracas, Amy has a deep appreciation for different cultures and their respective priorities when purchasing a home or investment property. Having also lived in different neighborhoods in NYC, including the Upper West Side, Midtown East, West Village and NoHo, Amy firmly believes in the importance of finding a neighborhood that feels distinctly home based on each client’s lifestyle.

Amy works hard at anticipating her clients’ real estate requirements in balance with other important priorities such as budget, accessibility and daily comfort so that they can fully enjoy the best of what this City has to offer. Her clients value her straight-forward nature and integrity as a trustworthy and dedicated partner throughout the buying or selling process and beyond.

Born in Taiwan, raised in the U.S. and married to a French national, Amy is fluent in English, Mandarin, French and proficient in Spanish. She graduated cum laude from Cornell University, majoring in international finance and marketing.
