Incy hails from New York City, where she and her husband, Peter, raised their two children. While in New York, Incy worked in interior design and in the auction world of Sotheby's, in the client service area for nearly 20 years, so a move into the real estate business was a natural transition.

After settling in Pebble Beach in the mid 1990s, Incy secured her real estate license and joined the team of Hallie Mitchell Dow, former co-owner of the Mitchell Group.

Incy has always been active with non-profit organizations. She dedicated her earlier years to the New York Junior League. Now, Incy serves on the Boards of the Monterey Museum of Art and the Carmel-by-the-Sea Garden Club, where she currently is very involved with overseeing the Club's Piccadilly Park project, an oasis in the heart of downtown Carmel.

Incy received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in 1967, majoring in History, with a minor in Art History and Math. Her personal interests include family first, and she is also an avid golfer and tennis and bridge player. Time permitting, she loves to relax working in her garden.
