Sheri Morgensen has represented buyers and sellers in over $420,000,000 of sales volume since joining the San Francisco office of Sotheby's International Realty in 2003. In 2009, Sheri was awarded the distinction of ranking among the top 25 agents of Sotheby's International Realty company-owned offices worldwide. She is a consistent top producer and ranks in the top 1.6% of the 48,000 national sales associates for NRT Incorporated, the parent company of Sotheby's International Realty, Inc. Sheri, along with business partner Jessica Wynne, formed the WynneMorgensen Group in 2004 and represents buyers and sellers of distinctive properties in San Francisco, Marin and the Wine Country of Sonoma and Napa.
She has participated in a variety of real estate contract transactions, including the marketing and selling of luxury residential properties in San Francisco, rural and vineyard property sales in the Northern California wine country and coastal resort properties from Santa Cruz to Stinson Beach. As an owner of multi-unit and commercial property, Sheri also has experience in investment property management and commercial and industrial sales and leasing.
After residing for 30 years in Presidio Heights of San Francisco, she and her family are now enjoying the amenities of Sonoma County wine country living, and making wine from their small vineyard and home in Alexander Valley, near Healdsburg.
