Born and raised in the Bay Area, Sejal's knowledge of the local marketplace has been honed with years of first-hand experience. Her studies landed her at the University of Southern California for college and and George Washington University for graduate school. After a few years of working in Atlanta, Sejal's love for the Bay Area, and San Francisco in particular, drew her back home. She finds the lifestyle of San Francisco unbeatable -- a perfect fit for her appreciation of diversity, preservation of culture, and forward-thinking views. Her love of the city coupled with her compassionate nature makes her an outstanding real estate agent, something to which all her clients can attest.

Sejal brings an essential set of skills to Payton & Binnings. With a legal background, Sejal's expertise in contracts and intricate real estate processes is indispensable. Sejal began her career in real estate while helping Arrian with their appraisal company. It wasn't long before she developed a set of skills and a sixth sense about the market, which her clients find extremely useful.

In her free time, Sejal enjoys running, scuba diving, and watching college football. She also volunteers with the Junior League and the USC Alumni Club of San Francisco. Sejal works on every transaction with Payton & Binnings, and her detail-oriented nature is a huge boon to the team.
