Born and raised in the Salinas Valley, Sam learned the virtues of hard work from farming life. He has adapted that same work ethic to his real estate practice, spending long hours doing whatever it takes to get the job done for his clients. After graduating from California Poly State University in San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business Management, Sam moved to the Monterey Peninsula, obtained his real estate license in 1979 and has been involved in real estate and the good life here ever since.

Sam's hobbies include being a private pilot, winemaking, the occasional horse packing and wilderness hike, fly-fishing, tennis and of course, the absolute must on the Monterey Peninsula, golf. He speaks Italian, French and Spanish, and loves traveling to countries where he can polish those language skills.

Sam takes great pride in being an expert consultant, not a salesman, giving 100% commitment and attention to his clients.
