Nancy Porter began her career 30 years ago as a partner in the pioneering Carmel Valley real estate development and brokerage firm of Porter-Marquard Realty. With the sale of Porter-Marquard Realty in 1996, she has had the freedom to pursue her primary interest of assisting buyers and sellers in their residential and land brokerage activities.

Throughout the years Nancy has had a wide range of personal experience in owning, managing and leasing commercial and residential properties. She has completed several land subdivisions throughout Carmel Valley and has been involved with commercial real estate construction projects as well as three personal residences. Years of assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, along with her personal experience in a wide spectrum of real estate related activities, have provided Nancy with a valuable and comprehensive knowledge of title issues and zoning and land use regulations. Most of all, she cherishes sharing with newcomers and repeat clients her lifelong passion for the exquisitely beautiful Carmel Valley and Monterey Peninsula.
