Madeline Daniels

Madeline Daniels is a native of the Monterey Peninsula and a graduate of Santa Catalina High School. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Art and Science degee from Sacramento State University, stressing teaching English as a second language (ESL), the study of English Literature, and the study of Theater and Opera.

During and after college, Madeline did extensive volunteer work abroad in Santiago, Chile; Manchester, Northern England; and Poissy Sur Seine near Paris, France.

In the new millennium, Madeline returned home to get married, raise her little boy, David, and work as an assistant project manager at the family business, Daniels & House Construction Co., a family-owned business since 1946.

Soon after working with Daniels & House, Madeline joined Fouratt-Simmons Real Estate, where she combined an appreciation of solid construction techniques with her commitment to facilitating mutually satisfying real estate transactions.

In 2005 Madeline became the Executive Assistant to Barbara Simmons, owner of Fouratt-Simmons Real Estate for over 30 years. She found the real estate experience that was generated in this position to be invaluable.

2007 brought new beginings for Barbara Simmons and Madeline Daniels. They, as business partners, joined Sotheby's International Realty in Carmel-by-the-Sea. They look forward to helping their clients achieve their real estate goals.
