Karen Saghi is a residential real estate broker and an attorney at law with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. A longtime resident of the Bay Area, Karen specializes in representing sellers, but has represented a host of buyers intent on getting into the San Francisco market and making the city their home. She also advises and assists investors in the Bay Area who own multiple properties and who want to sell and diversify a portion of their real estate portfolio through the acquisition of properties in markets outside of San Francisco, offering neutral or positive cash flow as well as steady appreciation.

Karen brings to bear an enormous amount of expertise on a variety of transactions, such as tax-deferred 1031 exchanges, the purchase and sale of multi-unit properties, single-family homes, new construction, tenancies-in-common, condominiums and stock cooperatives. Her energy and attention to detail have brought successes in the sale and purchase of this wide variety of properties. Her knowledge of the market, legal understanding of contract terms and well-honed negotiating skills have proven to be a winning combination.

Karen holds a Real Estate Broker's License (1991), a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law (1985) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in French/Mandarin Chinese from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio. She is a member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the State Bar of California. Karen is an active member of San Francisco's Children's Theater Association (CTA) and performs and sings in children's theater at the Florence Gould Theater, located in the Palace of Legion of Honor. She is an avid tennis player and competes in USTA on behalf of the San Francisco Tennis Club.
