Joe Altieri is approachable, patient, calm and a good listener. With over 30 years of knowledge and experience selling property on the Monterey Peninsula, he has built loyal, long-term customer relationships through outstanding personalized service.

Within that time frame, he owned and operated his own real estate company for over 23 years and closed hundreds of escrows involving residential, commercial and business projects. He has also served as Chairman of the Grievance Committee and Professional Standards Committee of the Monterey County Association of Realtors.

Prior to his real estate career, Joe was Bandmaster of the 7th I.D. band and an instructor at the Armed Forces School of Music in Little Creek, Virginia. He holds a Master of Music from Boston University. When not involved in real estate transactions Joe can be found on the golf course or playing jazz trombone at the Pacheco Club. Joe and his wife, Rita, reside in Monterey. They have four sons: Ricky, Ronnie, Randy and Mike.
