Jessica Wynne specializes in buying and selling distinctive properties in San Francisco, Marin and the Sonoma County Wine Country. Born and raised in San Francisco, Jessica is intimately familiar with all of the neighborhoods in the city itself. She has seen the changes and development in the individual communities over the past 30+ years and understands the city as only a native San Franciscan can. When her family purchased a second home in Healdsburg's Dry Creek Valley in the 1970s, she lived there for a time as an adult, gaining in-depth knowledge of the nuances of country property. Her husband is born and raised in Marin, where both Jessica and her husband's families now reside, giving her insight into the unique attributes of each area within Southern Marin County.
Jessica earned her Bachelor and Master degrees in International Relations/Political Science while living in Europe. As an American and Norwegian citizen, she has traveled and lived throughout the world, and is fluent in French and Spanish. Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Jessica worked in the field of politics, specifically in public relations, and subsequently in investment banking, where she developed an expertise in the areas of sales and marketing. As a homeowner and income property owner in San Francisco and Sonoma County, Jessica also has first-hand experience in investment property management and remodeling. She has a wealth of resources that she shares with clients in all trades and is intimately familiar with the construction process and city regulations.
