Jim was born and raised in the Hawaiian Islands and is a true descendant of Henry Perrine Baldwin, an early Hawaiian pioneer and owner of C & H Sugar Co., Maui Pine and Alexander & Baldwin. Jim was educated in Hawaii, where he attended the University of Hawaii and majored in Travel Industry Management. Jim followed his dreams of working in travel industry management with Sheraton Hotels after his two and a half years of playing professional tennis on the ATP tour. He has lived on the Monterey Peninsula for the past 15 years, where he has honed the skills of being a reputable realtor with Sotheby's International Realty, formerly The Mitchell Group, earning him the reputation of being in the top 10% nationwide of Sotheby's International Realty realtors.
