Glen's attitude toward the business of real estate is summarized by a creative, focused and involved approach that recognizes the uniqueness of each transaction as well as the cooperative, communicative, analytical and problem-solving skills required to ensure that clients achieve their goals and a high level of satisfaction.

Prior to re-locating to the Monterey Peninsula from Southern California in 1997, Glen's career included 30 years in sales and marketing management positions in the entertainment business, including the Disney Co., Santa Anita Racetrack, Knott’s Berry Farm, Randy Thomas & Associates Consultants; the tourism industry with the Grayline Tours Co.; and resort development with Sunrise C.C. These experiences have provided him with an exceptional background in conceptualizing, organizing and implementing programs and projects and delivering results.

For Glen, the glue that holds all of the above noted experiences together has always been his passion for working with people. He takes a very personal interest in and makes a strong commitment to his clients. It is through developing a strong and trusting relationship between realtor and client that successful transactions result.

Glen is a member of the Board of Directors for Board of Realtors and a member of the Political Action Committees, working with local cities and municipalities to preserve and enhance the quality of life.
