Frederick Allardyce is a residential real estate agent with Sotheby’s International Realty in San Francisco. He has been a real estate professional in San Francisco for over thirty years. He is a longstanding top producer in the San Francisco market and since 1988 has ranked in the top 15 to 20 agents annually, in all of San Francisco, representing properties selling in excess of One Million Dollars. His career accomplishments also include coordinating a large-scale joint venture resort property development and participation in Olympics Games negotiations as Treasurer of the North Lake Tahoe Olympic Committee, which aimed to bring the 1976 Winter Games to Lake Tahoe. He is dedicated to the San Francisco community and supports many cultural and development interests in an effort to preserve the City’s wonderful lifestyle amenities. He co-founded the Waterfront Action Group, dedicated to encouraging responsible growth on the City’s North and Central Waterfront. He presently serves as the President of the Eureka Theatre Company, a community-based “live” theatre facility. He acted as past President of the Telegraph Terrace Homeowners Association for three years and is a member of the Telegraph Hill Dwellers, San Francisco Olympic Club, and the San Francisco Bay Club. He also founded the Russian Hill-Telegraph Hill Graffiti Abatement Team. He also is a Member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the San Francisco Association of Realtors. Mr. Allardyce currently makes his home in San Francisco with his family and their two Scottish Westies.
