Doug has been a licensed realtor in the Carmel area for over 20 years. He has been awarded top production awards every year since 1990. He has worked with and been a top producer with Fox and Carskadon, Coldwell Banker and The Mitchell Group, now Sotheby's International Realty. In fact, Doug is consistently in the top 10 in production since joining The Mitchell Group seven years ago. Doug is extremely excited now that The Mitchell Group has changed to Sotheby's International Realty and looks forward to remaining in the top 10. Doug's market areas are specifically Carmel and Carmel Valley on the Monterey Peninsula.
In addition to being a committed realtor, Doug has also served as an expert witness for Lombardo and Giles Real Estate litigation and arbitration. Doug was also one of the four approved mediators for the Monterey County Board of Realtors. He has successfully mediated dozens of disputes for the Monterey Dispute and Resolution Center.
Doug graduated from the Real Estate Institute with extensive continuing education in various fields of real estate.
He is a 5th-generation Californian, born and raised in Carmel Valley.
His past and current clients have included the President of Fox and Carskadon, Clint Eastwood, Dorris Day, Merv Griffin and a large array of local citizens as well as private investors.
