Christina has been a Broker Associate since 1987. She values her clients and makes their needs and their investments' potential the priority. She has listed and sold single-family homes and condominiums throughout the Monterey County area and specializes in Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, Carmel, Carmel Valley and Monterey. Marketing and negotiating skills are top priority. Christina earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which distinguishes a higher level of education in real estate and a professional affiliation affording up-to-the-minute industry information and local market knowledge. Also, she holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR) with a focus on both the buyer and seller sides of distressed property transactions. Her background includes 20 years of management in the hotel and restaurant business as well. She holds a lifetime limited service credential for California Community Colleges and was honored with the Papa Vince award for excellence in hospitality.

Christina believes in volunteerism and was an active parent volunteer at Stevenson School, All Saints Day School and in the Girl Scouts of Monterey Bay. She currently is involved in the Parents Booster Club for Women's Rowing Team at UCLA. She regularly assists seniors with their day-to-day needs. She has served on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of Leadership Monterey Peninsula and on the Rio Resolution Run committee, benefiting suicide prevention on the Central Coast. She was also active with the National Charities League.

Recently Christina completed a second-story addition on her home and is happy with it for many reasons. It gives her an experience she can share with clients as they consider and plan projects on properties they are pursuing. Christina loves the real estate business, a people business that results in rewarding relationships.
