For over 30 years, Barbara has been successfully listing and selling real estate on the Monterey Peninsula. For many years she was the owner/broker of Fouratt-Simmons Real Estate, a firm established in 1946. Now with Sotheby's International Realty, Barbara and her partner, Madeline Daniels, are dedicated to individual service and quality attention to all aspects of their clients' real estate transactions.
Barbara graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Barbara has served as President of the Carmel Board of Realtors for two consecutive years and as President of the Carmel Business Association. She has been active in the California Association of Realtors, serving as 10th District Regional Vice President and as a member of the Association's Executive Committee. She has served on several committees for the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea and as board member for the Alliance on Aging.
