Sotheby’s International Realty

Frankie Winter joined the Sotheby's International Realty team after a long career in the graphic design business. She feels fortunate to have had the chance to live in many beautiful places, even before landing in this charming corner of Connecticut.

She grew up in Santa Barbara, California and then lived in San Francisco for 11 years until going to Italy with a one-way ticket and her portfolio to fulfill a dream of living and working there. It turned out to be an incredibly exciting and rewarding chapter, and she lived in Europe for six years while enjoying an Art Director position with a luxury goods and fashion company. Upon her return to the United States she continued to pursue the design profession before adding real estate agent to her resume.

She finds the two fields complement each other and enjoys the visual aspect of seeing the various homes and how people design their living spaces. She especially enjoys working with buyers and the challenge of matching the right house with the right person.

No longer new to Connecticut, she has lived in Litchfield County for nearly nine years. She knows all the roads and back roads very well, having lived in four different towns since settling here. She brings energy and enthusiasm to her work.
