Bonnie Garguilo has been listing and selling real estate in Litchfield County since 1988. After many years with Auchincloss & Silk Real Estate in Washington Depot she joined Sotheby’s International Realty in May 2002.
A Connecticut native, Bonnie has resided in Litchfield County since 1977, first in Kent and for the past 14 years in Roxbury, where she currently resides with her husband and daughter. As a parent, she has had personal experience with both public and private schools including Judea Nursery School, Booth Free School in Roxbury, Shepaug Middle School, Washington Montessori and The Gunnery.
She is a former member and past chair of the Roxbury Assessment Board of Appeals. Bonnie has been through the building process numerous times over the years making her a valuable source of information and referral. She specializes in all aspects of residential real estate including weekend properties, full-time homes, raw land and summer rentals. Her strong record of repeat business attests to her professionalism and the rapport she develops with her clients. Bonnie enables her customers to use their time productively and provides the information necessary for them to make sound business decisions. Recent career highlights include the 2005 sale of The Sumacs, designed by Ehrick Rossiter in the town of Washington.
