The Project

The new three-story building will feature office/retail space on the ground floor and private residential condominiums on the second and third floors. The simple but elegant Western contemporary exterior design of “Pearl At Jackson” will have exposed structure, familiar and local materials such as wood and stone, and varying textures. The residential interiors will be enhanced by an ample use of windows and glass appointments, and will be complemented by generous, private patios that afford pleasant open-air living spaces embracing the outdoors.

The Location

The concept “Town is Heart” began with the land-use planning policy in Jackson which is to take mixed-use developments located in downtown Jackson, such as “Pearl At Jackson.” to help grow development within and immediately around the Town of Jackson. “Pearl At Jackson” has embraced this concept with its downtown location. “Pearl At Jackson” residents will value both the location with its close proximity to town square, the Center for the Arts, the Cowboy Bar, and some of Jackson’s finest restaurants, as well as the opportunity to explore the outdoors with Gros Ventre Mountain Range & Wilderness, Grand Teton National Park, Bridger Teton National Forest, and Yellowstone National Park.
