Donna moved to Jackson in 1979. She has been a licensed realtor for 12 years in Wyoming and 10 years in Idaho. Donna was a partner in another brokerage before joining Jackson Hole Realty, which was later acquired by Sotheby's International Realty.

Professionally, Donna is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Wyoming Association of Realtors, the Teton Board of Realtors and the Rocky Mountain Resort Alliance. She served as president of the Teton Board of Realtors from 2001 to 2003 and was the Realtor of the Year in 2002. Donna also served as the Public Policy Chair for the Wyoming Association of Realtors.
