Clayton Andrews

Clayton Andrews, Executive Vice President of Sotheby's International Realty and Chief Operating Officer of the Mountain Region, joined the company in 2003 through the acquisition of the largest real estate firm in Wyoming, located in Jackson Hole. In 2005, Clayton navigated the acquisitions of real estate companies in the Sun Valley, Idaho and Santa Fe, New Mexico markets. In addition, Clayton oversees the daily operations, as Managing Broker, of 11 offices in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and the surrounding communities. Sotheby's International Realty represents the largest market share in each of the respective markets, Jackson Hole, Santa Fe and Sun Valley. The main offices for the Mountain Region are located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Clayton worked for Jackson Hole Realty, the oldest and largest brokerage firm in Wyoming, from 1991 to 2003. Clayton became a partner with Jackson Hole Realty, where he was a member of the board of directors until acquired by Sotheby's International Realty in 2003. During his tenure at Jackson Hole Realty, Clayton was consistently one of the top producers in the company.

The Jackson Hole office is responsible for in excess of 50 percent of all sales in Teton County on a historical basis. During his tenure as the Managing Broker of the Jackson Hole office, Clayton has helped secure a market share substantially greater for properties over $4 million and sales in excess of $1 billion annually.

Clayton is a board member of the Jackson Hole Land Trust, a nationally respected land conservation organization; the privately funded Jackson Hole Center for the Arts; Scott Labs, a medical device company in partnership with Johnson and Johnson; and is a founding board member of Rocky Mountain Bankholdings, a regional full service banking institution. Originally from Nashville, TN, Clayton is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and appreciates and understands the lifestyle that mountain resort towns offer their residents and second-home buyers.
