Third-generation Houstonian and second generation Realtor Missy Wibbelsman thrives on the adventure of finding the perfect house or the perfect buyer. Missy is committed to providing every client with compassion, knowledge and personal service, a work ethic that has earned her appreciation and respect.
Missy developed excellent client relationship-management and analysis skills during her previous career as an information technology consultant, first with Shell Oil Company and later with Deloitte & Touche. “Marketing a home wisely and with enthusiasm, and employing the very latest real estate industry technology, sets a course for securing the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time for my sellers. I am dedicated to all of my clients, both buyers and sellers, and offer professionalism, market knowledge, honed negotiation skills, integrity, and reliability in every transaction from start to finish and beyond.”
Farnham Park, in Piney Point Village, was Missy’s childhood neighborhood. She attended St. Cecilia Catholic School and St. John’s School, and received a bachelor’s degree in geology from Southern Methodist University. Missy earned an MBA degree with a concentration in finance from the C. T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. She works as a volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and serves as a Eucharistic Minister and Lector at St. Cecillia Catholic Church. A resident of Briargrove Park, Missy is an active community volunteer and also volunteers at her alma mater, St. Cecilla Catholic School, where her son is a student. Leisure hours are spent with friends, observing politics, history, and current events, and reading fiction and non-fiction.
A world-traveler who has lived in Los Angeles, New York, Rome, and Paris, Missy is very happy to call Houston home.
