Dedication has been one of Karen’s most important attributes as it serves as a perfect marriage for her real estate career. She provides buyers and sellers superb service from their first meeting to the day of closing when they cheerfully walk out with keys in hand.
Karen’s background is resplendent with real estate knowledge. She grew up in the industry with her mother in the title business and her father a real estate broker. This early exposure springboarded her into success with many different facets of real estate including building two custom houses, one of which was the “Bellaire Tour of Homes” winner. Her clients benefit greatly as she helps navigate their decision in purchasing a lot, choosing a builder and working with contractors.
Karen has a passion for helping people. She has worked with a broad range of individuals and finds it fascinating to maneuver them through any obstacles on the pathway to achieving the best possible experience. Her marketing and sales background ties beautifully to ensuring that her clients have a seamless transaction from contract to closing. She understands the value of staying abreast of market trends in all the exclusive neighborhoods in which she sells. A native Houstonian, Karen graduated from The University of Houston. She has an Associate’s Degree in Radiological Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism. She worked professionally for 10 years in marketing for an imaging company and pharmaceuticals before taking time off to raise her son who now attends Episcopal High School. Karen is associated with Catapult where she volunteers as a triathlon and marathon guide for visually impaired athletes.
Karen is a 3-time Ironman Finisher and a competitive triathlete. She qualified for the National Olympic distance Championships in 2016 and will be chasing a world championship slot to Kona in Ironman Cozumel 2017.
