Native Texan Dana Olejniczak grew up in Bryan and has lived in the Kingwood-Atascocita-Humble area for more than 20 years. An experienced businesswoman, entrepreneur, and successful real estate professional, Dana understands the importance of customer service. At one time, she owned a private voice studio and two other small businesses. “I have learned to listen to people and hear what they are really saying, and to stay calm and be compassionate to their point of view. But the most important thing for me is to always do the right thing for the client,” says Dana. “I have great relationships with my clients well and I know it is because they know that they are my first priority.”
Dana loves the excitement of achieving her client’s goal, whether the client is a seller for whom she’s brought the perfect buyer or a buyer for whom she’s found the perfect home. As a relocation specialist and top producer in the Kingwood office, she enjoys introducing incoming buyers to the area and assisting sellers who are moving away from Houston. “My strengths in this business are up-to-date market knowledge, including available inventory; understanding the needs of my clients and matching them to an area and home; and honed negotiating skills.”
Dana attended Bryan High School and graduated from Sam Houston State University in music education and voice performance. Dana and her husband of 25 years are the parents of four children. Her community involvements have included the National Charity League and Young Life, and she is very involved with the All Sports Booster Club for Kingwood High School. When not working, Dana accepts singing engagements in the Kingwood area and serves on the worship team at her church.
